New COVID-19 Procedures at OBGYN Specialists of Tulsa

OBGYN Specialists of Tulsa adopted new office procedures in response to the novel coronavirus and COVID-19, the disease it causes, to ensure the health and safety of its patients.

✓ Our office has continued to stay open during this time as an essential business, but we are currently only seeing pregnant patients and problem gynecology visits in person.

✓ We provide telemedicine appointments to assist all patients to find solutions to OB/GYN problems, even if it’s for a well-woman visit or to have birth control refilled.

✓ Patients are asked to call the office upon arrival to the regular parking garage and then wait in their cars until called back by the office staff to say a room is ready for use.

✓ We are limiting the number of guests accompanying our patients to one person only, and that person must be over the age of 18. St. John Hospital is also limiting guests to one per patient.

✓ At OGS, all employees are wearing masks to decrease any potential transmission of virus. Patients are also required to wear masks to be seen by a doctor, as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

The doctors and staff at OBGYN Specialists of Tulsa are here to help provide state-of-the-art care for you and all of our patients during this time. Please do not hesitate to call the office at (918) 712-8700 with any questions or to schedule and appointment.
